This drawer keeps cards on the AI tools that build decks. One card per tool, one card per comparison, typed when the tool ships something worth re-typing. Nothing here is auto-generated. Nothing is left in once it stops being true.

Each entry begins the same way: we open the tool, give it a real prompt — a board update, a 10-slide pitch, a classroom lesson — and watch what it returns. We test the export, the edit, the brand controls. Then we file the card with what we noticed and what we didn’t.

Some of the cards link to tools we earn an affiliate commission on. We say so on every card. The commission does not change what gets filed at the top of the drawer; the testing does. If a paid tool loses to a free one, the free one gets the higher card.

The reader we keep in mind is the one who wants the answer before the close of business, in plain language, without a content marketing detour. The curious browser, the careful comparer, the reader who likes a margin note.
